I am Neraida Solis, the Legal Secretary at the David Gray Law Group. I have had the privilege of working alongside Mr. Gray for more than 4 years dedicated in the field of Workers’ Compensation law. In my role, I assist in managing case files, coordinating communication between clients and attorneys all the while, ensuring that every detail of the legal process is handled with care and accuracy.

Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, I take pride in serving the very community that has shaped who I am. As a mother of three daughters, I understand firsthand the importance of advocacy, security and support. My personal and professional experiences have strengthened my commitment to helping injured workers navigate the often complex and overwhelming Workers’ Compensation system.

Beyond my professional responsibilities, I am passionate about making clients feel at ease throughout their cases. I know the struggles many people in our community face, and I strive to provide both guidance and reassurance to ensure they feel heard, respected and represented by One of the Top Work Injury Attorneys in the Nation.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring the Coachella Valley, and indulging my love for coffee. Balancing family life and a career in law has given me a deep sense of purpose and perspective that I bring to my role every day.
